Account Deletion

                     

You are about to delete your BonneFacture account. Please read the information below.                      

                
  1. This deletion is immediate and definitive.             
  2. Make sure you have exported and archived the documents you need to keep.             
  3. It deletes your data, not the ones you have shared or sent which are now the data of your correspondents.             
  4. If you have litigation, you should keep this account and access to your evidence.             
  5. An account will be automatically created each time a user wants to send you a document. Between professionals, a non-declined invoice can be tacitly accepted. If you are a victim of spam, you should keep this account and formally refuse the proposals sent to you by the function refuse at the top right of the documents. If this happens too often, let us know.

  7. After deleting, someone can create an account with your email or name. They will not be marked "verified" but may misuse distracted correspondents.

  9. You can recreate an account quickly if you need it again.
